Jeremy was called to the Bar in 1991 and was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 2011. He specialises in the most complex public law and private law cases. He represents local authorities, parents and children (via Children's Guardians) at first instance and appellate level and is also experienced in Judicial Review proceedings.

He is the co-author of Challenging and Defending Local Authority Child Care Decisions (Family Law 2013) and is consistently recommended in Chambers & Partners and the Legal 500.
