He specializes in financial cases arising from divorce, separation of cohabiting partners and civil partners, notably where there are complex or novel legal and evidential issues, for example involving conduct, and in cases with jurisdictional and international implications.

He combines this a child arrangements practice of intractable residence and contact cases. His experience is grounded over many years previously acting for the local authority and children in public law cases.

He has been a Collaborative lawyer since 2007.

He is a Family Arbitrator in both the Finance and Children Schemes.
