District Judge Paul Waterworth sat for 23 years until his recent retirement. He was assigned first in the Midlands and later in Devon, where he lives. He has specialised in family work, both as a practitioner and on the bench. He has a wealth of experience in both money and children work, private and public. He was a tutor with the Judicial College and lectures regularly to local law societies and other professional groups. He is the author of many articles and papers.
