The editors welcome the submission of material for consideration for publication. Articles not longer than 4,000 words are preferred, although longer submissions will be considered. Material submitted should be original contributions and should not be under consideration for publication in any other journal. Contributions can only be accepted on the understanding that all copyright clearances have been obtained by the author(s). The address for submissions is:
