Refusal of naturalization on grounds of non-good character should allow the Claimant to address the concerns raised.
Summary of Judgment
(1) The Claimant, Chockalingam Thamby, sought judicial review of a decision of the Secretary of State for the Home Department refusing his application for naturalisation as a British citizen, made under section 6(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 (‘BNA’), on grounds that she was not satisfied of the Claimant’s good character.
