R (Roberts) v The Welsh Ministers & Anor  EWHC 3416 (Admin)
Education – Welsh schools – closure – “popular schools” – correct test – irrationality – relief.
The Welsh Ministers had not applied the correct test to determine whether a school was “popular school”. However, when applying the correct test the same conclusion would have been reached. Accordingly, relief was refused.
