The Court is not in a position to “guesstimate” the age of Claimant, and will therefore rely upon how consistent the presentation of the Claimant is with the age assessment.

(i) The Claimant, a national of Afghanistan, claimed to be 12 years of age. He challenged the age assessments that determined him to be over 18 years of age. Pursuant to the age assessments, the Claimant’s asylum claim was refused.
