There was no detectable flaw in the decision-making process of the Defendant when deciding to withdraw funding for a community law centre.

(i) The Claimant, a community law centre in Greenwich, challenged the decision of the Defendant local authority to cease providing it with funding, with effect from 11 November 2011. The Claimant contended that by its decision, the Defendant failed to have regard to the consequences, and particularly the impact upon its existing vulnerable client.
