Application of a uniform policy banning cornrows resulted in indirect race discrimination.  
Summary of Judgment
(i) The Claimant challenged the lawfulness of a uniform policy at his proposed school, run by the Defendant. His non- compliance with one aspect of this meaning that he could not take up his place at this school.
