A General Medical Council panel had been entitled to conclude that the Claimant's fitness to practice was impaired and his name should be erased from the medical register.

(1) The Claimant, Dr Ayyub, appealed a General Medical Council (GMC) panel decision that had the effect that this name was erased from the medical register pursuant to a determination that his fitness to practice was impaired.
