Organisations registering delegates before 17.00 pm on 2 September 2016 are entitled to an early bird discount. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other discounts.

You may place your booking on our website (booking form tab), email your booking to email@example.com, complete and post an order form or send us a letter. Receipt of your completed order or registration form constitutes a firm booking. All invoices for this event must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date.
Please be advised that a one delegate per booking policy applies and a single booked place cannot be shared between multiple delegates.
Acknowledgement of Bookings
A registration letter including full details of the venue and a map will be sent by email two weeks prior to the event. If you have not received acknowledgement of your registration one week before the event, please telephone our Conference Department on 0117 917 5009 to confirm that your registration has been received.
Registration on the Day
The event will start promptly at 10.00am, registration will take place in the preceding half hour.
If you are unable to attend, a substitute may attend in your place. Please inform us of any changes as soon as possible.
Cancellation and Refunds
A credit against the registration fee payable (less an administration fee of £50.00 plus VAT per delegate) can only be made in respect of written cancellations received by Jordan Publishing in Bristol at least 10 days before the event. The full registration fee plus VAT is payable on cancellations received less than 10 days before the event.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of Jordan Publishing to change the content and/or timings of the programme and/or venue and/or speaker.
