Practice Note to CPR PD51O
The Acting Chancellor, Mr Justice Mann, in concurrence with the Judge in Charge of the Commercial Court, Mr Justice Blair, and the Judge in Charge of the Technology and Construction Court, Mr Justice Coulson, have approved a Practice Note to accompany Civil Procedure Rules Practice Direction 51O, para 3.4(2).

The Practice Note provides clarification as to the documents that will no longer be accepted as email attachments but that must be submitted via Electronic Working (unless submitted on paper).
