Progress on Implementation of Health and Safety Reforms

The government has recently announced the progress made to date in implementing its planned programme of health and safety reforms. These reforms are being made primarily in response to the Löfstedt Report of November 2011, Reclaiming health and safety for all: An independent Review of health and safety legislation, but also in response to Lord Young’s report of October 2010, Common Sense, Common Safety and to the government’s ongoing ‘Red Tape Challenge’.
