How to form a company in 5 Easy Steps

Jordans is the UK's largest company formation agent.  Here are some easy steps in forming a company online!

Step 1 - Forming a company is a straightforward process, but before you start you may want to look through our checklist to make sure you have all information to hand. Our checklist can be found at https://www.jordans.co.uk/company-formation/formations-checklist.pdf

Step 2 - Next you will start the formation process by selecting  most suitable formations package for you, for basic package see:

or for range of packages see:

Step 3 -  Once you have decided on your package you will be prompted to check the availability of your company name for free.

We will also alert you to similar names that are available.

Step 4  - You can now proceed with forming your company and register with us. You can use this process to form a limited company from anywhere in the world as long as you want a company to be a "UK" company with a UK address.

Step 5 - The next few pages will involve filling in details of your required registered office and security details as per our check list advised in step 1.  It is important that all details are entered accurately as you cannot change details such as date of birth of Director after the company is formed.

During formation process you will also have opportunity to register a domain name if needed, or request stationery such as company seals or services, such as accounting.

Electronic copy of your documents will be sent to you once the company has been formed (usually within a few hours).

If you prefer, you can call us on 0117 918 1391 for further information.
