UK adoption: a gold service

The UK Government wants a gold service adoption process, one that will be a global envy.

There are new proposals afoot to overhaul the present adoption system in the UK. The proposals include plans to shorten the assessment process for potential adopters and allow the local authority to make swifter use of the national adoption register to find a match for a child.
