Spain - Enforcement of Orders by Member States of the European Union - July 2012

I would like to write about a particular case regarding an order made following a divorce by a Spanish Court, in which it was determined the regime of contact and communication with the non-residence parent and the failure to enforce the order by the respective court in the Netherlands.

I would clarify that in Spain there are not two different proceedings concerning marriage and children.
