Postman Pat has remained silent on the issue, waving away all enquiries with a stern "no comment." The IS has however spoken out on the issue. It notes:
"PLEASE NOTE AS A MATTER OF URGENCY: Estate Accounts Services relocated from Ladywood House, Birmingham in May 2008. Our redirection with Royal Mail has now ceased and we have noticed a dramatic reduction in post volumes. If you are still using the OLD Ladywood House address, please amend immediately to our Cannon House address:
Estate Accounts Services
3rd Floor, Cannon House
18 Priory Queensway
Birmingham, B4 6FD
WE ALSO REQUEST THAT YOU AVOID USING OUR P.O. BOX ADDRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE – PLEASE USE EITHER THE POSTAL ADDRESS OR OUR DX ADDRESS – DX 713899, BIRMINGHAM 37 SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY CAUSE YOU."
