Stanley and Wood (as joint liquidators of New Grass of Manchester Ltd) v TMK Finance Ltd and another [2010] EWHC 3349 (Ch); [2011] BPIR 891

In 2005, a company sold a property to the respondents. It was sold by them for a profit in 2006. The liquidator of the company alleged that the sale had been a transaction at an undervalue. After hearing extensive expert evidence as to the value of the property as at the date of sale, David Richards J dismissed the application.
