Sands and Another (Trustees in Bankruptcy of Monem (A Bankrupt)) v Monem and Another [2010] EWHC 1972 (Ch); [2010] BPIR 1431

The Registrar ordered that a transfer of a property by the bankrupt into the joint names of himself and the recipient, and a further transfer of it from them into the sole name of the recipient be set aside as preferences.
