Sandhu v Sidhu (ChD, Vos J, 19 May 2011), BPIR (forthcoming)

C obtained an order under s 212 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that D restore substantial monies to a company. C applied for an interim charging order over a pension plan held by D and, an interim third party debt order over a bank account connected to D. The interim orders were made, and C applied for final orders.
