Re Ramrattan (In Bankruptcy); Stonham (Trustee in Bankruptcy of Ramrattan) v Ramrattan and Bortolussi [2010] EWHC 1033 (Ch), [2010] EWHC 1059 (Ch); [2010] BPIR 1210

A trustee in bankruptcy sought to set aside a gift of the bankrupt’s property to his wife as a sham or a transaction at an undervalue. The Registrar found both, but refused to grant any relief on account of the trustee’s delay. Mann J allowed the trustee’s appeal. The Registrar should have granted relief on the basis of sham.
