The directors of a company the subject of a failed CVA applied for an administration order in order to give effect to a pre-pack sale of the company’s business. The former CVA supervisor sought his own appointment as administrator and proposed an extended period of marketing of the company, funded by way of a loan, in order to see what better offers were forthcoming.
