Re Loy (a debtor); O'Sullivan v Loy [2011] BPIR 166

After a bankruptcy order had been made in England against a US-resident debtor, but before the trustee in bankruptcy had applied in the US for recognition, the bankrupt transferred a property to his wife. In US proceedings, the trustee unsuccessfully sought to have the transaction set aside. His appeal was unsuccessful.
