Re Floyd Foster (A Bankrupt); (Chancery Division, Roth J, 18 January 2012)

A bankruptcy order was made against F, the freehold owner of a property let on a number of residential tenancies. F sought to appeal the order and obtained a stay of the bankruptcy. After the bankruptcy order, there was evidence that the rent was being collected by a company in which F was the sole shareholder.
