Re Capitol Films Ltd (in administration) [2010] EWHC 2240 (Ch), [2010] EWHC 3223 (Ch); [2011] BPIR 334

The administrators of a film distribution company sought, as part of a proposed sale of the entirety of the assets of the company, the permission of the court pursuant to para 71 of Sch B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 to dispose of the property of the company which was the subject of security (other than a floating charge) as if it was not subject of such security.
