Pick v Chief Land Registrar [2011] EWHC 206 (Ch), BPIR (forthcoming)

Post-bankruptcy, the debtor sold an interest in registered land to a third party. After the purchaser’s priority period had lapsed, the trustee registered a restriction. The Land Registry then registered the purchaser as the new proprietor, and cancelled the trustee’s restriction.
