Two claimants had issued proceedings against the debtors, a husband and wife, in relation to commercial rent arrears. Notice of the debtors’ proposals and of the creditors’ meetings were sent to one of the claimants, care of the solicitors acting for him in the proceedings, who were also acting for the other claimant (with no notice specifically addressed to that other claimant).
