Moseley v Else Solicitors LLP [2010] BPIR 1192

District Judge Dowling, sitting in Birmingham County Court, refused to set aside a statutory demand based upon a solicitor’s unassessed invoice. Whilst the debt was unliquidated, the debtor had agreed to pay it, and so was estopped from disputing his liability to pay.
