Mahon and Mahon v FBN Bank (UK) Ltd [2011] EWHC 1432 (Ch), [2011] BPIR 1029, (His Honour Judge Simon Barker QC (sitting as a judge of the High Court), 6 Jun 2011)

H and W guaranteed the liabilities of H’s company to a bank. The bank called in the guarantee liabilities, and served statutory demands in relation to them. The district judge dismissed their applications to set aside the demands.
