Irish Independent reports trouble ahead for Irish businesses

The Irish Independent has published an article entitled, "Number of insolvent businesses will top 1,400 by end of the year." The piece makes interesting comparative reading, not least because of the suggestion that bargain hunters will be picking over the bones of troubled businesses. In terms of outcomes this is one angle that is perhaps seldom considered by policy makers.
