Insolvency News: Insolvency rates rise according to the FT; Cakes and Insolvency; HMRC and the RPBs; Naughty IPs

The Financial Times has published an interesting article noting that insolvency rates are on the rise. The article makes use of some recently published data from Experian, the credit-rating agency. Elsewhere the Cambridge News has published an interesting article which highlights the work of a cake making IP. Elsewhere, Rachel Singh of Accountancy Age adds to her long line of interesting insolvency articles with an exposition of how the RPBs might respond to some recent HMRC moves. Elsewhere, the journal also carries an interesting piece on apathetic creditors. In sunnier climes rogue IPs are to come under the microscope according to the Sydney Morning Herald.
