Insolvency in the News: Football Creditors Rule - bad news for HMRC and unsecured creditors and the Farepak Directors.

The Yorkshire Post, the Financial Times, and R3 have all picked up on the recent High Court judgment on the so-called Football Creditors rule. The judgment is bad news for HMRC and unsecured creditors. Planet football is an interesting place indeed!

Elsewhere, the Belfast Telegraph, The Financial Times, and The Daily Telegraph, have all carried stories on the Farepak directors and the Insolvency Service's attempts to disqualify the allegedly unfit directors. Happy reading.
