Hurley v The Darjan Estate Company plc [2012] EWHC 189 (Ch) (Chancery Division, Geraldine Andrews QC, 10 February 2012)

H and her husband were tenants of a pub under a 21-year lease. D, the landlord, presented bankruptcy petitions based on arrears of rent, on which bankruptcy orders were made. H appealed, asserting that she had been unduly influenced by her husband into signing the lease, so that she had an equitable right to set it aside of which D had notice.
