The Guildhall Insolvency Team is pleased to invite you to our 4th annual Insolvency Seminar in Leeds on Thursday 31st January and our 2nd annual seminar in Birmingham on Thursday 28th February. As well as our usual corporate and personal insolvency legal updates, this year we will be looking at office-holder claims against third parties and considering defence strategies for directors’ disqualification proceedings in the light of the Farepak debacle.
