Glatt v Sinclair [2011] EWCA Civ 1317, (Ward, Lloyd and Kitchin LJJ, 23 November 2011)

The Court of Appeal granted permission to continue an action for breach of duty against a court-appointed receiver. The receiver sold a property for £330,000. On the day of completion, the purchaser remarketed for £445,000, and a sale was agreed at £455,000 6 months later.
