Ford v Alexander [2012] EWHC 266 (Ch) (Chancery Division, Peter Smith J, 16 February 2012)

F and his wife were each made bankrupt. The district judge granted a possession order to the trustee in bankruptcy of each of them. In ignorance of the fact that a civil proceedings order was in effect against each of F and his wife, Peter Smith J granted permission to appeal after an oral hearing.
