Durham University's Professor Roman Tomasic has put out a call for papers for the SLS Company Law Section. The conference is being held at Bristol this year. The section has included corporate insolvency papers in the past. Do not delay submit today!! Here are the details:
"CALL FOR PAPERS FOR COMPANY LAW SECTION MEETINGS AT 2012 SLS ANNUAL CONFERENCE OPEN UNTIL 9TH MARCH
I am pleased to be able to call for papers for the Company Law Section of SLS Conference being held in Bristol in September this year. This year Company Law papers are to be delivered in Group A, from the 11th to the 12th of September. Group B sections will be held on the 13th and 14th September.
If you are interested in offering a paper during the meetings of the Company Law Section, could you please advise me as soon as possible and provide me with a proposed title for your paper, the names of authors and an abstract.
I need to confirm the programme for the Section by the end of March and provide full particulars of our Section's programme by mid April. The closing date for calls will be the 9th March.
I expect that we will offer two or three papers in each period of the day that the Section meets on the 11th and 12th. As with last year at Cambridge, I expect that we will have a full program over both days.
Papers that are unable to be included in the program may be included in the new poster sessions that will be introduced this year. If it is not possible to include your paper in one of the sessions over these two days, there is an Open Section that may be able to provide a forum for your paper.
Finally, I have been asked to remind you that all speakers are required to formally register for the conference. I can be contacted at r.a.tomasic@ durham.ac.uk
