BIICL event on cross border insolvency: argie bargie in the offing?

Sir Roy Goode CBE QC, Emeritus Professor in the University of Oxford
Professor Federico Mucciarelli, University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Italy
Dorothy Livingston, Herbert Smith LLP, London; City of London Law Society
Dr Anne-Catherine Hahn, Baker & McKenzie, Zurich, Switzerland
Look Chan Ho, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, London
