Beller v Valentine [2011] EWHC 2397 (Ch), (Richard Snowden QC (sitting as a deputy High Court judge), Chancery Division, 22 Sep 2011)

A liquidator commenced proceedings against former directors of a company, funded by creditors of the company. The liquidator engaged a solicitor’s firm in relation to the litigation. The solicitor was struck off, so the claim against the directors was ultimately conducted by another firm, successfully.
