ANCILLARY RELIEF: V v V (Financial Relief) [2005] 2 FLR 697

(Family Division; Coleridge J; 18 March 2005)

Held that the authorities on post-divorce income were not relevant in V v V as they related to high earners. The wife's income should reflect her contribution to the marriage and in this case 40% of the available income was allotted to her.
