Separate representation and family courts – do we need them in the Nordic countries? [2009] CFLQ 185

Recent changes in the Swedish regulation of the relationship between children and their parents mean a step towards children having a slightly altered position in family law disputes. This paper deals with the changes from a Nordic perspective and discusses the need for separate representation and family courts in Sweden.
