Following very complex proceedings the judge publicly thanked and praised the large number of care professionals involved for their skill, experience, dedication and care. Too often the ordinary experience of the court, which was of very high standards of professional assistance, went unremarked or unrecorded in judgments. If there was a public interest in naming the incompetent, then the same public interest required the naming of the competent.
