Quashing a decision concerning the age of an applicant claiming to be a child, and granting a declaration that the decision had been unlawful, the court held that before taking a decision as to age, the local authority had to have regard to all relevant information and must have regard to a dental assessment in the context of other relevant information, rather than relying on a dental assessment alone.
