District Judge Glenn Brasse. Costs in contested ancillary relief cases can grow out of all proportion to the benefit that might accrue to either party. District Judge Glen Brasse asks whether, if solicitors and counsel cannot persuade their clients to keep the costs of the enquiry into their adversary's finances within reasonable bounds, the court should take more control.
