Guidance on Justices Reasons in the Family Proceedings

The Justices Clerks Society and the Magistrates Association have published joint guidance on justices reasons in the Family Proceedings Court in Children Act Cases.

The publication provides justices and their legal with guidance "in relation to the detail to be contained within justices facts and reasons."
