Child Support - Back to the Drawing Board?

Nick Wikeley School of Law, University of Southampton. They say the teenage years are always the most difficult. The Child Support Agency (CSA) was 13 years old on 5 April 2006. Now that the CSA has reached the terrible teens, what sort of future does it have? The Secretary of State announced in February 2006 that Sir David Henshaw will report on the future of the child support system by the summer.
