Where Did Our Love Go: Recent Developments in Ancillary Relief

PHILIP MOOR QC, 1 Hare Court, Temple, London

My last round-up of recent developments in ancillary relief ‘After the Love Has Gone' appeared in February [2010] Fam Law 146. This article deals with many of the important cases reported or decided since then. It is not fully comprehensive and does not include any consideration of prenuptial agreements or disclosure issues but it covers a number of the more important matters that are likely to be faced in practice.
