Cases with an international dimension are increasing and, with the announcement of Brexit, changes to the family law landscape are inevitable. Now, more than ever, it is essential for the family law practitioner to stay on top of the latest developments at home and abroad.
Family Law, in association with The International Family Law Group LLP, is delighted to bring you this topical 1-day conference, which is unmissable for any family law practitioner advising clients with international elements.
The day is split into two parts: the morning will focus on international divorce and finance, including jurisdiction, pensions, MPRs, pre-nuptual agreements and financial orders; the afternoon will focus on international children matters, including surrogacy, abduction, relocation and Islamic law.
Attend this conference to make sure you can confidently advise your clients quickly and authoritatively, making the right strategic decisions from the outset.
