By Bus
From London Waterloo Station there are two bus services available, Bus 341 and 521. Alighting at Holborn Circus bus stop will ensure you are opposite the entrance to Holborn Bars. Please note that the 521 bus service runs Monday to Friday.

By Tube
De Vere Venues Holborn Bars is located on the north side of Holborn and its central location benefits from a variety of excellent public transport links.

From the Central Line: The nearest Tube Station to us is Chancery Lane on the Central Line. When leaving the station take exit number two and the entrance to Holborn Bars is located approximately 50 meters ahead in the large red brick building.

From the Piccadilly Line: Alternatively if you prefer to use the Piccadilly Line the nearest stop is Holborn Station, we are approximately a 10 minute walk from here heading east along High Holborn towards St Paul's Cathedral.

Booking Terms
You may place your booking on our website (booking form tab), email your booking to jordans-conferences@lexisnexis.co.uk, complete and post an order form or send us a letter. Receipt of your completed order or registration form constitutes a firm booking. All invoices for this event must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date.
Please be advised that a one delegate per booking policy applies and a single booked place cannot be shared between multiple delegates.

Acknowledgement of Bookings
A registration letter including full details of the venue and a map will be sent by email two weeks prior to the event. If you have not received acknowledgement of your registration one week before the event, please telephone our Conference Department on 0117 917 5009 to confirm that your registration has been received.

Registration on the Day
The event will start promptly at 10.00am, registration will take place in the preceding half hour.

Substitute Delegates
If you are unable to attend, a substitute may attend in your place. Please inform us of any changes as soon as possible.

Cancellation and Refunds
A credit against the registration fee payable (less an administration fee of £50.00 plus VAT per delegate) can only be made in respect of written cancellations received by Jordan Publishing in Bristol at least 10 days before the event. The full registration fee plus VAT is payable on cancellations received less than 10 days before the event.
