You may place your booking on our website (booking form tab), send an order form and ask to be invoiced. 

All invoices for these events must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. Receipt of your completed order or registration form constitutes a firm booking. 

Please be advised that a one delegate per booking policy applies and a single booked
place cannot be shared between multiple delegates.

A registration letter, including full details of the venue and map will be sent by email 2 weeks prior to the event. If you have not received acknowledgement of your registration 1 week before the event, please email our conference department  to confirm that your registration has been received.

A substitute guest can take a pre-booked place if a written notification of the changes is received by LexisNexis at least 48 hrs prior to the event. Failure to do so may result in the entry to the Update being denied.

A credit against the registration fee payable (less an administration fee of £50.00 plus VAT per guest) can only be made in respect of written cancellations received by LexisNexis one month before the event. The full registration fee plus VAT is payable on cancellations received on or after that date.

If we cancel the event we will refund all booking fees paid. We do not, however, accept liability for travelling, accommodation or any other expenses incurred as a result of any cancellation or postponement of the event.

Our liability for loss or damage incurred as the result of cancellation or postponement of the event is limited to the amount of your booking fee.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may use your contact details to send you occasional materials on our products, services and events that we think may be of interest to you, including from our parent company LexisNexis. None of your details will be passed to third parties for any marketing purpose.

Please note your name and company name (excluding contact details), may be passed to Family Law Update 2018 sponsors.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of Family Law to change the content and/or timing of the programme, venue and/or speakers.
