Employment appeal tribunal

This case was previously the subject of a Court of Appeal decision to the effect that homophobic banter towards an employee who was known to be heterosexual amounted to discrimination on grounds of sexual orientation. The case returned to the employment tribunal and thence to the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
